Men's Faith Sharing Group
The men’s faith-sharing group is a group that allows men time to reflect on the deeper values and meaning of life with other men of similar life experience.  Men get together normally for sporting and social events or business meetings. The demands of career and family life can consume their time and energy, and few have the time or inclination to develop their spiritual life. This is an opportunity to: spend time with men from their parish or community, and address some of the challenges and struggles that are unique to men.  In essence, it is an opportunity to challenge oneself to grow spiritually in an open and nurturing environment. The men’s faith-sharing group meets in the rectory conference room every Friday from 6:30am-8:00am and we usually bring some breakfast snacks to start the meeting. The same group of men has met for nearly four years and would welcome other men interested in such a group.  Most of them are young fathers who share the same struggles of daily life and come seeking spiritual insight to their lives. Youth and Young Adult Ministry
LJC stands for the parishes Sts. Lawrence, Justin, and Clare. It also stands for "Live for Jesus Christ." Using "Live for Jesus Christ" as our main vision, we work in collaboration with all three of these parishes and their respective schools.  We hope to better serve the young population of these parishes in a better and more comprehensive way.  The four basic ministries consist of jr. high teens (7th and 8th grade), high school teens (9th through 12th grade), Confirmation (for high school teens), and Young Adults (ages 18 to 28). We serve these populations in multiple ways: retreats, youth groups, masses, prayer services, community building, sports, leadership training, community service, and more.
